Dear colleagues, it is a great pleasure to share with you information that the training programme entitled “Advanced teaching for students’ engagement, well-being, and success in a digital learning environment: Mind the gap” has been finished at the end of August and reached the phase of pilot implementation. The summary of the training programme can be found in the following document.
Intellectual output 2 entitled “Advanced teaching for students’ engagement, wellbeing, and success in a digital learning environment: Mind the gap” reached phase of training programme pilot implementation.
Pilot group of teachers from universities of Belgrade (20 participants), AGH University of Science and Technology (10 participants), University of Maribor (10 participants) and one participant from Japan has been enrolled in the course in September 2022. Training program evaluation and publication of the relevant report is planned for February 2023.
The great interest of enrolled teachers in the pilot program confirmed the need for this type of education. At the technological revolution era, there is evident need to educate teachers how to teach and improve learning process in digital learning environment. In this way, the spatial barrier can be overcome; knowledge transfer and assessment process can be successfully completed.
